Why do you think it’s important to celebrate International Women’s Day?
It’s important to celebrate International Women’s Day because we need to highlight the significant contributions of women and the importance of education and opportunities for women.
What motivates you to be a leader in your industry?
I’m motivated by the tremendous opportunities the healthcare industry has to improve patients’ lives. The global pandemic increased the confidence and trust in healthcare. I’m privileged to be a part of improving global healthcare.
Are there any female leaders that have inspired you throughout your career?
Shirley Chisholm inspired me to reach for aspirational goals without having a role model.
What advice or message would you share with young women who are looking to build their careers?
Never stop learning, build relationships and help others along the way. It doesn’t cost anything to show kindness and care.
