Shawnna Regan (she/hers) is a diversity equity and inclusion professional, portrait artist, and Philadelphi non-profit board and committee member. She is deeply invested in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of life, and aims to make an impact in the realm of social change through community engagement, corporate best practices, and art. As a DEI professional, she has enjoyed several years of collaborating with organizations and businesses to create equitable and inclusive environments, and currently serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.

About the DAC What is the Diversity Advisory Council?

The Diversity Advisory Council (DAC) at Slice Communications is a collective of accomplished leaders from a wide range of industries, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Formed to bring outside perspective and accountability to our work, the DAC helps guide our team in creating more inclusive communications strategies and workplace practices. By engaging with these advisors on an ongoing basis, we’re committed to evolving our thinking, challenging bias, and building a more equitable future for our clients, our team, and our community.
