Lauren Stralo

Lauren joined Slice as a public relations account manager. She brings almost six years of experience working in media relations and crisis communications to the team. She has successfully placed stories in the Los Angeles Times, BBC, USA Today, TIME, The Washington Post, NPR and many other media outlets.

Her love of the news and photography inspired her to study photojournalism in college and she proudly holds a degree in photojournalism from Penn State. During her time in college she interned for National Geographic, one of her favorite magazines growing up.

In her “free” time, you can find Lauren chasing her one-year-old daughter Cecelia around, while also chasing their pug around. When she’s actually relaxing, she can be found reading a good book or watching the Eagles with her husband.
