Kelly Henry
Strategic LeadKelly Henry specializes in strategic public acceptance programs that support client activities involving sensitive and potentially controversial siting and permitting initiatives, often with an environmental component. She has decades of experience in environmental public affairs, risk and crisis communications, communications audits, stakeholder engagement and media training, and Community Advisory Panel facilitation.
Kelly has supported the investigation and remediation of 30 former manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites throughout New Jersey, Ohio, Washington DC and Pennsylvania, many in high-visibility locations and often acts as the project community liaison. Her experience spans public utilities, manufacturing for the glass, insulation, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, mining, and solid and hazardous waste management for Fortune 500 clients.
She was a partner at Henry & Germann Public Affairs for three years and was sole owner for 12 years. Prior to that she held a leadership role with Environmental Resources Management, Holt & Ross, and Ross Public Affairs Group. Kelly graduated from Bucknell University.
