AI Workshop
- Slice will facilitate a discussion with your team about your approach to AI. In a half-day session, we’ll lead your key stakeholders – including representatives from marketing, comms, and IT – to learn about the possibilities of AI and to review your current state, goals, needs, risks, and opportunities.
Slice AI Consultation Option 1: AI Audit & Best Practices (60 Days)
Slice will provide an analysis of your current processes and make strategic recommendations customized to your business needs. We will also develop an AI governance policy and some best practices based on our findings, helping you use AI responsibly.
- AI Needs Assessment: 2-3 discovery sessions to develop a deeper understanding of your specific goals, opportunities, and readiness for AI implementation
- Collection and Analysis of Current Processes
- Governance and Policy Recommendations based on findings: guidance on responsible AI use, addressing data privacy, bias prevention, and ethical standards
Option 2: AI Audit & Strategy Development (90 Days)
- Everything included in Option 1, plus:
- Comprehensive AI Strategy Development: a roadmap to leverage AI across the organization’s marketing operations, identifying priority areas (e.g., content, social media, data insights)
- AI Communications Plan: develop clear messaging on AI usage to share with the internal team and clients, especially concerning AI-generated content and ethical considerations.
Option 3: AI Audit, Strategy Development, and Integration (180 Days)
- Everything included in Option 2, plus:
- Training Recommendations & Materials: toolkits, rollout schedule, and recommended workshops (like Prompt Engineering)
- Ongoing Consultation and Troubleshooting: Monthly consults for three months to adapt strategies, refine tools, and resolve issues as they arise
