Chief Revenue Officer, Coded by Kids

Melanie Hidalgo-Britt is the chief revenue officer for Coded By Kids (CbK), where she oversees all marketing and fundraising strategies to ensure the nonprofit’s sustainability. Galvanized by CbK’s mission to provide underserved young people with access to high-quality tech education, she joined the team to ensure marginalized communities have the resources they deserve. She also serves on the board iPraxis, using her background in grant writing and marketing to demystify science careers for middle school students. Hidalgo-Britt holds a BS in chemistry and an MS in marketing from St. Joseph’s University and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Jonathan, and daughter, Nova.
