Slice Communications Hires Dana Schmidt as Director of Client Services

Dana steps into new role with the award-winning communications agency

January 6, 2020 (Philadelphia, PA)Slice Communications, a communications agency aimed at getting people to pay attention, is thrilled to welcome Dana Schmidt to the company as the brand new Director of Client Services. Dana joins Slice after almost four years as the Director of Social Media at Visit Philly. She will be responsible for leading Slice’s team of Account Managers and Coordinators, as well as driving client strategy, developing client relationships, and delivering client objectives.  

Dana brings over ten years of leadership experience in social media, marketing, and communications to Slice, having worked as a Marketing and Communications specialist at WHYY and Digital Marketing Manager at Rocky Mountain PBS prior to her role at Visit Philly. Her demonstrated ability to work both creatively and strategically makes her the ideal candidate for Slice’s Director of Client Services. Dana is a graduate of New York University, having earned both a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Media Studies and a Master of Fine Arts focused in Creative Writing from the prestigious university.
