Clara Mattucci

Clara Mattucci is a lifelong persuasive communicator, rallying people around goals, causes and activities and bringing ideas to life. As chief relationships officer at Slice Communications, she leads the team in creating and cultivating strong, goal-oriented partnerships with clients, strategic alliances, peers, and other members of our growth ecosystem.

Clara’s skills and experience in writing, social research and conflict management have helped power behavior-changing public relations campaigns with the team at GillespieHall (GH) for more than a decade, including 5 years in executive leadership. Key outcomes include strengthening the East Coast power grid, destigmatizing medical cannabis, and facilitating smooth leadership transitions, especially for family-owned businesses. Clara has also supported clients in crisis communication and recovery and co-coached Wharton School MBAs in media and crisis response.

Clara has lived and worked on three continents and travels to new places as often as possible. She serves on the Western Family YMCA advisory board and most mornings can be found in the pool or on the yoga mat. Clara reads voraciously, loves board games and outdoor adventures, and lives in Wilmington.
