What motivates you to be a leader in your industry?

The work people perform has a huge impact on who they are and their level of happiness. Dedicating my life’s work to assisting companies in getting better at how they hire, who they hire and how they retain the best employees has been incredibly rewarding. Today, the gap between the talent we have and the type of talent our economies need is crucial in how we will progress as countries and most importantly, how we will live our lives. I cannot fathom a more rewarding and interesting kind of work. 

Are there any female leaders that have inspired you throughout your career?

Michelle Obama, Madeleine Albright, Arianna Huffington

What advice or message would you share with young women who are looking to build their careers?

When you find what you LOVE doing, stay with it. I have yet to meet someone very successful that does not love their work. And when you do what you love, you are typically good at it. When you do good work it almost always results in substantial income.
