Why do you think it’s important to celebrate International Women’s Day?

International Women’s Day is an important day to celebrate because it is an opportunity to recognize the many achievements and contributions of women around the world. It is also a time to raise awareness about the issues that still need to be tackled in order to achieve gender equality. By celebrating International Women’s Day, we are sending a strong message that women are valuable and deserve to be respected and have their rights and contributions recognized.

What motivates you to be a leader in your industry?

Being a leader allows me to help shape the future of the industry, and I take great pride in this responsibility.

Are there any female leaders that have inspired you throughout your career?

Kieran Snyder, Melinda French Gates, Sara Blakely

What advice or message would you share with young women who are looking to build their careers?

My advice to young women looking to build their careers is to focus on building a strong foundation. Take the time to learn and understand the basics of the industry you are interested in and develop important skills such as communication, problem-solving and teamwork. Also, don’t be afraid to take risks, make connections and be open to different opportunities.
